.Im new ad i dont know how to heal so can someone tell me
there are 2 hp's softhp and hardhp soft is red and yellow is hard when your out of shp then you go unconscious when your out of hhp your dead to heal your hhp i would use leeches they turn your shp into hhp (hhp is more important) and your shp heals overtime but you cant have more shp then hhp
A few extra notes about this: leeches deal damage based on their quality. Better quality leeches also have a better chance of healing HHP. You can only regenerate SHP if your hunger bar is yellow or better--hungry, full, or overstuffed. Anything lower than hungry (70 or 75% and red turning to black) won't allow for regeneration of SHP.
As a note: just leave the leeches on unless you want to get new ones. Bloated leeches will not drain SHP and won't refresh until they are taken off. Also, as long as you have 10 HHP, a q10 leech can't kill you or knock you out if you are at full SHP (10/10/100).

Remember that you need enough Per*Exp to find a 4-leaf clover (not too hard, but not something new players are likely to find easily). You also need a loom to make said gauze, which is something new characters are less likely to have unless they're in an established village.
If you don't have wool or can't find a four-leaf clover to get wool from a wild mouflon, try to find a friendly neighbor. They might be willing to help. Of course, they could just kill you, too, so it's a risk no matter what you try. As Potjeh said, you're first couple of characters are going to die. It's a harsh game, but anything under a few hundred thousand LP is easy to replace once you know how the game works.
