Leechs why u no attach?

I've been standing in this sea-greenish marsh for the past 15 mintues naked and no leechs have attached anyone know why? (I have my stuff in my inventory)

are you sure your in the right area when i want leachs to attach i go to a blueish place with shallow water (the water is the blueish stuff)

You're there, yes? That is swamp and the only place to get leeches.
Make sure you have slots open in your inventory paper doll for leeches to attach themselves to.
It doesn't matter if you're standing still or moving around.

It can also take a good bit of time to pick up leeches. Sometimes I run in naked and am full in a few minutes. Other times it can take half an hour or more. Just try to catch dragonflies and you'll be fine.
