on my personal belief spot i see a thing about ancestors that i think are asking me for 3 things, how do i give them the items do i have to buy ancestor worship and do i get LP for it whenever i give them the 3 things they want or just the first time?

The reward for offering those things to your ancestor is Numen, not LP.

Numen is sort of like a currency representing favor with your ancestors. Numen points can be spent on prayers.
