Neg buff on str and con?

So today I have a neg buff on STR and CON
-4 STR
-3 CON

Is this a side effect of something that I just never noticed before? Or what could cause this?

I didn't think this was a -how do I- issue... But I have been wrong before....

Where's your barbarian/civilisation slider at? if it's giving you +int and charisma, it's taking away your str and con.

(edit for a typo)

Okay... Duh, I'm retarded...I forgot I just moved a slider last night before logging....
