mine hole

When i see a mine hole just out in the open, how do i enter it?. I was trying the same way you would enter a house but my character will not enter. is itn't on a deed or anything so i'm not being blocked by persmissions any help would be apprecited ^^

Maybe it's on village claim or under hole there is no space for you character so you can't move there.
