Am I screwed?

I was messing around trying to get some curiosities from anthills. Without paying attention to my health, I soon found myself at 1HHP. Is it possible to recover from such without using wool (which is not available to me) or is my life about to end?

well, supposidly you could recover. you HHP will rise over time, but just be sure to not take any more hits or, hell, youdeadbro

I've never heard of HHP rising on it's own without methods of healing, so you sound pretty damn screwed to me. Aslong as you avoid all animals including ants you should be fine. Also in your case remember to NEVER walk in swamps, you might obtain unintentional leeches and it will only take one hit for you.

I kept i couldn't live with no HHP by my side,
But i spent these last few minutes thinkin' about how I did this wrong,

To make a succinct answer, no. You can't possibly recover from this without bandages unless you have friends that can help, and it'll get complicated and you could still die due to lag.

Requirements: One friend with theft; leeches, q10 and below only (yes, it's possible to get sub q10 leeches).

Place one leech only on your body. Within a minute or so, you'll pass out from the first point of damage you take. You're friend must immediately remove the leech before the second point hits. If he/she fails to do so, you will surely die. After this, you can do the one-point leeching by yourself. Once you get four or more HHP, you can leech and forget safely. Just make sure to not leech more SHP than you have, else you'll be back in the same situation.

Most of us have been in bad situations before. Some of us might not have gotten this bad, though. This is a game that requires a lot of previous planning and most gamers that come here don't understand that. Cut 'em some slack.

HHP does not heal on its own naturally. Moving your Life slider or gaining Con will give you additional HHP that may be healed but I can't remember if it is or is not.
