does TW exist in 3 dimensional space?

Postby bitza » Thu Sep 01, 2011 4:46 pm

say i have a crossroad at (a,b) and a crossroad at (c,d) - arbitrary points on an imaginary map here. both cr's are on the surface and it costs N travel weariness to travel between.

now, say one of the above mentioned crossroads is on an underground level, but still the same x-y coordinates. is it still N weariness traveling these crs, or does traveling the z-axis (such as it is) add to TW cost?

It's 2D.

No the world is 3D, Since you can go under ground, It gives you 3 dimensions. However I have nothing to add to help figure this out.

He's asking about the travel weariness formula. It does not factor in depth.

as far as i've seen depth does not factor in to the equation, or if it does, it's extremely minimal.
