Can´t start the game

my main problem is that i can not go back in the worl with my main char.

i was travelling in the world an i wone go back to my hearth fire, so i click it in the menü. the login screen came an i choose my main char and by the question

"Start playing from:" i choose "your hearth fire" and now i see the normal screen but in the middle stands "loading" the hole time!

i was waiting 10 min. but nothing happend.

can someone help ??
