Ownership; Trespassing on The Grid

Hey all, got a quick question before I blow 20k LP. The game dumped me on the river, and when I logged, I was back in the river, but have read that it is dangerous so i took advantage of the fact I was still in the boat and landed and then logged out because I was using the original client in order to log quicker (enders requires a bit more work, was looking for speed) unfortunately, this whole area was claimed river as well, but i forgot and when i logged on the Original client didnt show claims, so now my boat and and the stuff in it is in the claim belonging to Elaine and another, called The Grid? I noticed this when I went back to retrieve the boat, and the game dumped me again. So the question is Do both of my boats now belong to the ones that own the claim? If I bought trespassing, would I need theft too to get my boat? And then how do i protect from scents and making an enemy? Any help is appreciated Thanks:D

Can you put on criminal acts (without buying any specific criminal acts), enter the claim wading along the bank in the water and wade along until you reach your boat? And then can you click it and get into it?

Theoretically if you were the last person to get out of the boat you can take it from the claim without stealing it. If you can do this you can get it back safely. If you can't do this you probably should count your boat and cargo as lost.

I strongly advise you do NOT expend any lp on criminal skills. I think you need theft as well as trespassing, but more than that you will leave scents that anyone can pick up and use to summon you and kill you. Before you purchase the dark skills and use them you need a nice safe brick vault...

You may have to write off the boat and its contents. Basically, is it worth losing your character. If not...

I went back but decided that, yah, its not worth it, just a bunch of bunnies and curiosities, your right I will just write it off. Don't think those folks play anymore, but 50k isnt worth a boat and some potential leather, eh? Thanks!
