General information on mining: Ring of Brodgar: Mining
General information on prospecting/locating ore: Ring of Brodgar: Prospecting
For better understanding of prospecting I also recommend reading Sevenless' Prospecting Guide

I don't read in detail, but if I understand i must take more time to start mining (I start to play about 5 days ago)

Correct me if i do a mistake, to mine in a cave I need strength and constitution (for stamina) plus I need about 500 to find root to prospect vein of ore.

Do u hve some sugestions to reach this points as soon as possible ?

You don't need constitution for mining as it doesn't actually reduce the stamina drain from anything short of swimming.

You need 500 exp*perc to see rustroots (this is the bear minimum). It's fairly easy to get to this point if you put most of ur LP into exploration, and you can eat carrots to boost your perc up a bit. You could also try trading for a ranger cape to get more perc, ranger pants for more exp, or spectacles for more perc.

It helps with cave-ins, though.

To mine on level 1 (cave level) you really don't need to much str generally speaking. More speeds it up though. With a bear cape and bear tooth talisman you should be able to start mining.

If this isn't possible or practical, find the best stone you can to make a stone axe. Dig in mountains or try chipping walls and checking the stones in caves. Found a q80 node on L1 that had almost no hardness to it.

Elaborate on chipping walls please is it in mines on the tiles that don't have ore? (Didn't notice they had better Q then 10 :p)
