Minehole

Hello,

I have a question: I recently built my own minehole and I wondered if I could build another minehole into it in order to reach other layers.
I thought it was possible ( I saw screenshots in this forum ) but I can't lay stone anywhere in the minehole. So I can't build another one.
How can I reach the other layers ?

yes - you have to have digged out enough space for another minehole and you don't need to have it paved - there is no other way to get to deeper Levels.

It's weird because I have enough space to build it now, and there is still the message that I can't build it there=/

You can only build in the totally mined out area(dark grey not light grey tile) (not the original open space of the minehole)

Could be someone has already dug out underneath and is blocking placement.
