Party Glitch

Everytime me and my friend go on party, only party chat goes on! I cannot see the arrow or the picture! Is this suppose to happen in the new world?

There appears to be a bug associated with partying at the moment, indeed. I don't think you can do anything about it, though.

For who? I've had no problems using party at all (with the exception of the very old, known, arrow direction bug)

I haven't used the party option for like a month now, and I didn't have any problems when I did. (going to see if I have that bug now using my friend's account and mine)

Edit: I tried te party bug (and it looks like I have it). It must have been introduced to the system after I last used it.
