Cutthroat Cuirass or Plate Armor

Like the topic says which would you prefer Cutthroat Cuirass or Plate Armor both same Q tell me why please here are some stats from both at 90Q

Cutthroat
q90 HP3600 AC225/225 +9 UA, +15 Melee, +15 Stealth, +6 Agility

Plate
90 HP4500 AC450/225 -30 Agility

well 1 is that you have most your stats in UC and MS not doing raids and such but dealing with guys that come around trying to mess with you steal your stuff and so on.

For example, if the guy doesn't have any other good piece of equipment then there's no point in getting the plate armor since he's going to get shot down with or without it and might benefit more from the stat buffs from cuirass than the AC from the plate. If he's trying to squeeze in every AC point possible because he wants to have enough to survive rbow shots then he's obviously better off with the plate armor.

steel plate. gotta have 1200ac, bare minimum.
edit: if you can get a q90 steel plate or a q90 cuirass, you can certainly afford the other equipment with just a little more effort... helm/plate/gauntlets/vap/leather pants/ranger boots and you should have a hell of a lot of AC.

That's the reason I was saying it depends on other variables. If he has to choose between 600 total ac, or 400 total ac and agi+ua+mc boost, the latter is much better in my opinion.
