You can't. The fastest way to kill off an unwanted character is to usually discover enough stuff to get fishing and swimming, then go for a nice swim

Why do you want to delete your character anyways? If you're thinking about remaking your character and reusing your name, it won't work. It will say the name is already taken.

never, Never, NEVER spawn at a charter stone.

It's ok at best if the charter stone in question is known to all to be newbie safe. There isn't one that exists like that in w5, though. The other point being: how many others have spawned (and thus camped out) near that charter stone? Really wish they'd make it so you had to explicitly do something exceptional to make spawning at a charter stone an option.
