Hey guys just started playing today. Is it posible to move your hearthfire? also wtf is with the lagg?

Yes just build a new one. The option to do so is under Adventure. It takes 5 branches and 2 Beautiful Dreams.
The lagg is peculiar and happens every once in awhile. Presumably something is wrong server side and the server needs a reset.
