Mussels

Hi,
I was wondering when i go looking for mussels and they are on someone claim or village claim, since it is gathering do i leave scents if i get them?

And if i do is it something that people kill over or can i collect them?

You never leave scents foraging (except trespassing to enter the claim but not on water)

You'll still need the criminal skills to get them. Without Trespassing you cannot interact with the object.

They are both vandalism and leaves scents.
