Missing skill?

Idk if this topic belongs here but I was on the wiki and i saw a skill called storm chasing. the wiki said it is no longer a skill and im just curouis to what this skill did and how useful it was

"Stormchasing gives your character the ability to capture the winds that blow across the heaths of the Hearthlands. Winds can then be put in a Windchime, where they play and grow in strength. Be careful, however, of letting them grow too strong. "
When it says Winds it means them in a literal fashion.

T'was from the early H&H days, when you could gather wind and make wind swords from the wind you could gather. You could also use the wind as bombs, etc.

Anyone remember why this was removed? I've not dug too much about it, so it's not a big thing to me if nobody recalls off the top of their head. I just figured it was all a bit OP.
