Hi,

I've been playing HnH for some time, I made a few characters; two of them died in confrontation with animals. Now I'm playing on my third "hero". I decided that I am not going to live as a hermit any longer - it is not safe.

The thing is that I would like to join some of DA BIGGAST villages. Can anyone brief me what villages/towns/tribes are biggest and most popular? I've heard of Panda-sometning, RUA and NNN, but I have no freakin' idea who they are (don't laugh, I am new to this game).

Realistically there is not a large village out there interested in a fresh noobie. I'd suggest you visit the Dwarves & Thieves section of the forums to look at the recruitment postings there.

That's a good point. Hmm, can anyone at least tell me what Panda, RUA or NNA are? Or other similar to them? In the future I'd like to join some big town, I'd like to know something about powerful tribes/towns in world 5.

There are a few newbie villages popping up, they'll be your best bet. Most established villages are only willing to take on individuals who have a body of experience behind them and a reputation. This is a reputation based game as anyone can send a spy into a developed village and a traitor can gut even strong villages by selling out critical information.

Pandemonium is the largest, most influential, and most powerful city in terms of construction, man power, and player skill. They're an economic power house and boast not only some of the most skilled players but some of the highest quality products in the game.
RUA, as far as I can tell, are raiders. They're fairly well developed and enjoy playing the bad guy. They're well known for their village raids.
NNN is the collective of an old faction from World 3. Their explicit goal seems to be to wage war with Pandemonium.

IMO the most important part is having evidence that the player is in for a long haul. Nothing worse than pouring days of sweat into gearing up someone who quits playing in a week or two.
