Griefing...well sorta

Juat curious.
Is it possible to go into someones land and harvest their crops and (while I don't plan to do so) pillage everything?
I really just want to cross through peoples land and when I turn on criminal acts it still doesnt work.

To commit criminal acts you need to learn the criminal skills. You cannot steal without knowing Theft, kill without knowing Murder, assault without knowing Rage, break/harvest/dig objects without vandalism, or interact with objects without Trespassing.
