Not getting numen on alt

on my recent alt I have been sacrificing many things to my ancestors but have not been getting numen points, not even once. Before I sacrificed I forfieted a lot to get an easy item and haven't forfieted since. I have done 5 items in a row and have gotten no numen, but I barely have change. Is my numen in the negatives but displaying as 0 because of all the forfiets, is this not working because this character has no ancestors, or is this just bad luck?

only 1st sacrifice grants numen points and u got 50% chance for 1 NM at Full industry.

Full industry, what? I don't feel like this is accurate information.

And as for the first sacrifice - in sacrifice window you have 3 items listed. Sacrificing first one gives numen points, remaining two merely "reset" the three items to some random new ones but don't give numens

Numen gain is relevant to your tradition/change slider. At full tradition you'll gain 3 numen per sacrifice, while at full change you have a 33% chance of gaining a numen per sacrifice.

edit: forgot to mention, of the 3 slots, only a sacrifice done from the first of the 3 items can give numen, the other 2 just merely changes what items are demanded
