Silkmoth Eggs

Postby StoreClerk » Fri Sep 25, 2009 2:31 am

Fortunately, I was able to create a few silk moth eggs. Unfortunately, I do not have any metal for a cauldron for the eventual evolutionary process to turn the usable cocoons into silk.

Here is my question - will silkmoth eggs die/disappear if left outside of an herbalist table after a period of time?

Or must I transform them into cocoons in vain?

Thanks.

Silkmoth eggs are in fact the stage you want to keep them at if you want to store them.

Thank you.

Another question, lol.

If you have, say, 3 male and 3 female moths in your inventory at one time, does anything break? Do you get ~30 eggs? Or do you have to do it 1 pair a time per inventory?

Well, not exactly. You can have multiple pairs at one time, but the amount of eggs is limited by the inventory size.

However if you want to pair them separately, to keep the higher quality moths together, then you might want to break them up into different containers.
