Am I doing something wrong? (Stake Claims)

I built a claim, noticed "Hey, my stake claim doesn't have a menu like all other stake claims.. Oh well."

Then I dragged mouse over the land I wanted and pressed enter.

"You do not have all the ingredients" it says.

What am I doing wrong.

You don't need to see the area itself right? Just that I have the LP, I don't get the menu and the message..?

think you did something really wrong there, first get the yeomanry skill(if you don't already have it) then go to the adventure menu and theres a buildable item called stake claim. build that with 4 bones 3 dreams and a branch, you can then use that to improve the size of your claim by right clicking

I did build a Stake Claim.
According to that page a menu shows up, but it doesn't.

However, I figured out it was cause of Enders Client the menu didn't show up.

When did you start playing? This hasn't been used since May 2009. Everything for land management is done through the claim marker now. See the RoB wiki under Yeomanry and the post in this forum called "Owning land".

My friend got the exact same menu about 2 or 3 days ago, declaimed then rebuilt and then it worked as it should, they didnt build a dream catcher but discovered the dreams from someone else's, i thought that was why, but probably not

You don't have to build a dream catcher, just harvest the dreams out of one (still requires Hearth Magic to do so). I'm not sure how much functionality the land management interface still has, but you cannot use it to claim land anymore. This has to be done through the Adventure->Stake Claim item. Land then must be managed through the claim totem that is built.

Getting this issue too. I right click the Claim Stake and get that menu. using the default client brings the normal one up though.
Unlike OP, however, I click around and get the little boxes showing what to claim, but no ammount of button mashing yields a message.

What client with what version?

Ender made a hotfix http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18779594/HnH/ou ... hotfix.zip which solved that problem with version 13.07.2011 (39)

it contains just a haven.jar

so prolly you could try to rename existing one - copy the hotfix one over and try - in case of trouble you can delete and rename the original back
