can stake claims be destroyed>?

as my question:

CAN stake claims be destroyed by criminal acts? without scents that is or whatever that may justify the deed or not. can it be...is it possible?

by asking that...im refering to any 2nd or 3rd party and not by myself.

Only villages can remove personal claims and only if they're within their boundaries. If those criteria are met then the lawspeaker of the village can stand on the claim, Revoke the Privilege!, and declaim it.
