How do I find the big trade cities?

I heard of these mythical trade cities some place far away.

The only name I was told was "Echo, biggest trade city around"
Edit: Just read that Echo is the main base of those russians I hear kill everyone.

Check the "Apples & Oranges" forum. Nobody walks between villages for trade. Otherwise, they might have their locations posted on algeralith's map: http://algeralith.info/HavenMap/

Alt trading is usually recommended. It protects your main from anyone setting a trap and you manage village to village trades better.

MC is in most situations (excluding if you're an expert in the combat system, and even then) not worth investing heavily into. Melee combat is only best suited for finisher moves, and will only require a small amount of points put into it. In other words, focus on UA, and get your MC to be equal to about ⅓ to ½ of that.
