DoG+Evil eyeing

Postby Mateusz_Zboj » Mon Oct 03, 2011 10:21 am

Do you think it might be a good way just to DoG+Evil eye the enemy for massive growth of IP?
Sounds too good to be real, but...

Its cooldown would probably mean that by the time you are able to use a move to recover your def you'd be dead or very close to, unless you are uber pro

Evil eye has long cooldown afair. Long enough for an enemy to build full attack meter with bloodlust before cooldown is over.
Also, DoG will quickly drain your defence down. And if your agility / UA is not high enough you might be losing more IP than you gain.

I don't really where did you get this idea of "massive" from. With full defense bar you can use DoG 10 times, even with capped weight it would give 2 IP per 10 defense. And it's simply idiotic to burn defense like this, below 50%

No, it's not a good strategy. Keep thinking outside the box though, you're bound to come up with something good!

Well, evil eye costs 2 IP and has a really long cool down. If you use DoG on someone who has the same amount of UA as you you'll get 1 IP per move. If they have 6 IP, they'll flex 5 times, have you at 50% defense and nearly break your defense with the next swing and all you'll have to show for it is 3 IP.

Evil eye uses are pretty limited i think, only time i use it is to counter no pain no gain.
