How do I: Bowel Movements

I couldn't figure this out on the wiki, so I'm now posting here hoping to get a helpful answer:

My char is severely overstuffed. She clearly needs to take a fat, nuclear bomb-like shit. And I mean like... right fuckin now.. Its getting bad.. really bad.. she's not walking right anymore...

IS THIS FRIVOLOUS CONSTIPATION PERMANENT? WILL SHE FOREVER BE FILLED TO THE BRIM FULL OF SHIT?

In my attempt to relieve her aggressive turd tortuga, I have brought with me: a low q shovel, some bandages to wipe my ass, a low q turd-slinger (for protection from shit-eaters, of course), and last but not least.. my poo-pregnant, fat-assed, fecal hoarding, bitch of a char.

Wut do?
