hay guys i put my boat down and when i went to pick it up it was in a claim i dont have tresppasing can i pick it up anyother way

The only thing you can do is get theft and trespassing skills, or suck it up and build a new boat. It has happened to us all.

or leave a runestone for the landowner and if they're nice(can always hope) they may move it off thier claim for you...

if your boat is in the water you can get back into it and paddle away, but if you walked onto thier claim(tresspassing with criminal acts turned on) you got a warning before you went on there so yea just suck it up like Grim says

Actually, if you can pick it up without standing on the claim, you don't even need theft or trespassing. (It's an known exploit and has been reported. You have been warned about leaving things on the edge of your claim.

no i put 2 containers in it with like loads of goods

the amount of time its been since your original post its boubtful to still be there(unless claim owner is innactive), but if you can put things in it you can take them out. again if you were in the boat and went into a claim over water you can get back into your boat without a problem. if you were carrying a boat and turned criminal acts on to walk onto someone's claim, then you shouldn't have put your boat down...you get a warning when entering someone's claim, and if you're using Ender's client there is a button on the minimap that will show all claims in pink(your own claim in blue) so there is really no reason to complain about this loss.
