Travel Weariness

Postby Goochy » Mon Oct 10, 2011 6:23 am

So, my village has just started a production of wine.. which is going quite smoothly.. Drinking it did make my travel weariness go away before, and it works with other people's characters, however.. for some reason it just doesn't want to take my TW down. No matter how drunk I get, my toon is never willing to travel. >_> My villagemate suggests my toon is muslim, being forced into alcoholism.
Any ideas as to why our wine isn't taking away my character's TW?
I've relogged, restarted my client.

You are wearing heavy armor. (Bronze or Steel Plate) Take off armor, remove weariness, profit.

It would be better put as the higher agi you have (factored with the q of wine/beer/tobacco) the more tw you lose

I'm not so much sure if it's this, but the higher your agility, the farther you can travel. If you're wearing heavy armor, it restricts your distance. Also from my experience, that bar can go way past 100%, especially if you've traveled a very long distance (such as to a hearth fire or village idol).

i didnt think of it like that :s i always connected the armour to the agi drain/remove for gain. because drinking wont work as well if you have lower agi levels, so i thought it was connected to the agi, not armour. :) hmph. learn something new every day
