Is it possible to build a palisade along the highest part of a cliff?

awesome thnx for ur help, the thing is i needed to to do it that way because of where i have placed my mansion would allow people to walk around the cornerpost and right into my plot, so i could build it a tile next to the cliff and next to my mansion so that they cant get in but only down the side of my mansion which they will be stopped at the cliff turn as my mansion is blocking it. :)

Should be possible...just make sure not to leave any wiggle room around it...so people can't creep by....

since this topic is about palisades, and cornerposts...if a cornerpost is sealed, but another is 2 spaces away, can you make a gate from the 2nd unsealed post to the first?

also, if you have built a cornerpost and some sections already can you seal the cornerpost and continue extending the sections?
