Unable to build runestones

Hello, I have a problem, I can't seem to build runestones. I have stone working and the option to build them however when I try it will not work.

How did you attempt to make a runestone?

I clicked stone working then clicked runestone, then i cliked where i wanted to build it and nothing happens

to make a runestone, u need a rock.

you click to make a rune stone then with ur cursor click a lrge rock
it will start making it for u
right click the rune stone, write a message, hit enter and hey presto u have a messge in a rune stone
