Base levels?

Does anyone know the base levels of forageable objects or know where I can find them. If you don't know what a base level is it tells you when you start seeing an object and when you see all of them. For example rust root has a base level of a 1000 PERxEXP meaning you'll start seeing them at 500 and see all at 2000.
