If you have rage and not murder keep a frog or rat in your inventory, then when you ko them just drop the frog and jump to build attack back up. This is handy to have full attack bar when they awaken and also handy to build attack bar just in case you get attacked by their friends while camping the body.

Idk if it's been said but:

You DO need to turn on criminal acts to forage on a claim but it does not leave summonable scents. On a personal claim however it leaves trespassing scents to get onto the claim, these can not be used to summon. On a village claim trespassing is allowed (To the point where you can walk freely) so you leave no scents when you forage items on a village claim.
