I died (sadface), and i inherited, of course, i have no LP though, even though i had bought lots of skills... my change was full but i thought you still got 25%, also, i am now stuck inside a palisade without the key 0.o waiting while someone helps themselves to all my stuff

You get 25% of your levels, and 25% of any LP you hadn't used to buy stuff with yet.

If you have 36 str (25 str with stone axe), you can break your hf and wilderness spawn out

Nope. Still love the permadeath. All I play on D2 is hardcore mode. Probably be all I play on D3 once I go through it once (well, maybe not given the new "auction house" system).

I think permadeath should go a step farther than it does, as it is now with inheritance, someone who just got killed could in a matter of minutes be far more powerful than a person who has only been playing a few days. I like the idea of if you die you start from scratch, no land, no lp(starting in the same area would be ok I guess, but not owned). no I'm not crazy, but someone who has been playing a while will already have advantages over a new player just in knowing game mechanics. if its permadeath it should be permadeath, no "your character is gone but heres an lp bonus so you're not a noob".
