Quick-Key Butchering

I know you people probably think "Its only 1 or 2 clicks.." But when your doing a lot perch or chicken + lag factors sometime, It does get rather frustrating. Was wondering, Anyway to HotKey so you can press, For example. "2 + Click" to instantly butcher it? And maybe do it twice for Chickens. Thanks.

You can right click and press '1'.
Pressing numbers while right click menu is active will choose appropriate option, 1 being first option, 2 second etc.
