Laying Stone and Howler HELP

Hey guys, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, but I'm trying to build a house and I don't know how to lay stone. It really sucks as I've been shooting through to build my awesome Hobo Camp into a little farm! Please some one help, I need alot of help here. Since I played the day before the server crashed. and I'm a Hardcore Nub Thanks all : D!

No, you need a stone to pave stone, that's just a bug that was never fixed.
