How does Where I logged out work?

if someone puts somethign where i logged out can I still login there?
Was Lawspeaker of Macomb in W2.

I believe it would log you in beside it.
IE. log cabin is built where you logged out, you would be placed beside the cabin.
(as far as I know)

Nope.

If anything solid blocks the spot you were on, you can't login there.
If there's a claim (that you're not allowed on) there, you can't login unless you have a hearthfire there.
