Log cabin size

Hey

I've a 19x19 plot and i want to optimise the organisation to have the most room.

Actually I have a problem with houses.
Wiki says log cabin is 5x5 and stone mansion 9x9.
I can't build a stone mansion right now, but i will later.
I'll just build a log cabin for the moment.

If i don't have 5x5 free room, i can't place a log cabin.
Edit : hum actually, I can with shift...
But when it's built, it only takes 3x3 and we can build around.

I'd like to do this :

M for Mansion
C for Cabin

If I build my cabin first, will I be able to build the stone mansion right next to it?
Is it possible to fit a cabin and stone mansion in 12 tiles?

log cabins suck, stone mansion doors are on the bottom, you could build that way, but you wouldn't be able to get in
