Wild windsown weed

I have a question on a the www that is probably obvious for all of you, but I can't figure out how it works.
If I need to dry wild windsown weed to make crop seeds, but herbalist table is needed to dry it, and herbalist table needs plant fibres, that are made fom flax and hemp, that are only crops, and can't be found in nature, how can I build the table and find those seeds? This is a nonsense for me, but this is what I read on the wiki.

It's actually a factor of six: 2 game days vs 8 game hours.

The Wild Windsown Weed is used to get seeds, in order to get these seeds it must be dried on either an Herbalist Table, or on a Drying Frame.

Wouldn't matter, it says the exact same thing on the defunct wikia wiki too. That article hasn't changed in a long time.

I don't think I've ever even dug through the wikia site. I didn't figure the content had changed, but things do get moved around and rewritten for better clarity.

Oh, sorry! I read the wikia wiki, but read a lot of times only herbalist table, I never read drying frame! Sorry for the useless post! ><

Hi!
I have found windsown seeds and put them on a drying rack. The seeds themselves have turned green. I thought they were done and right clicked the rack. I get into the rack. I see a question mark for 1-2 secs in the place of the seed. Then I get an error message regarding java, and it all goes down. Known bug?

go to bugs section, it's happening more frequently now
