Also battle intensity does affect cooldown speeds, and I believe your agility does too. So it might be hard to find a "base" cooldown period perhaps, or the modifiers of the cooldown might be too numerous to make the base cooldown info be worthwhile.

You might need to actually scroll down there to where the "Moves" and "Special Moves" are that have cooldowns.
