Good Q chair would act like higher quality water (more stamina returned for less hunger), you'd want a lower quality chair

Sprinting around and drinking water as you run is faster than plowing the ground by far.

Go to a water source and have your water container hotkeyed. Plow a tile by hand about three times, then drink your water. Rinse and repeat.
