You already have a (dead) character by this name?

Postby Rozalin » Tue Nov 15, 2011 7:25 am

Is there a way to reclaim a dead character's name?

Nope. Names are unique within an account and cannot be reused, ever, on an account. (As a note, compared to globally unique names which most other games use.) It all has to do with inheritance.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

This if you want the same name. Very helpful tip that more people should know, but can be confusing to kin list so they don't know which is the dead one and which is the live one.
