What discovery am I missing?

Trying to craft the metal related curios, (abacus, steed, volva's, bowl, etc.)

I've discovered anvil, metal nuggets / bars, smith's hammer and the related wood/dream discoveries. Have every skill besides the black skills.

Kind of at a loss here

each thing you listed uses bronze, volva's wand I remember uses cast iron and bronze, bronze steed is bronze bars, abacus bronze nuggets and something else...so looks like you need bronze. remember 'metal' isn't an actual item.

edit:oops bowl might require copper not bronze missed it first time I read your post, but check wiki I can't remember exact craft recipes.

I do have bronze / iron discovery xD sorry for being ambiguous about it. Which is why I'm kind of stunned for what I've not discovered.

Do I need ore smelter/klin/crucible discovery?

to be clear: you have taken copper and tin from a smelter, made it into bronze bars, made a bronze bar into bronze nuggets
