What is the formula for finding out a tanning tub's quality? It isn't on the wiki and I didn't see any other posts about it..

Skills/stats have no effect on the quality of built items, just the materials put in. Your carpentry skill determines the quality of boards you're able to make. The quality of those boards is the only thing that matters.

general rule: (there are some exceptions to this)
if it's under the build menu, skills don't apply towards quality.
if it's under the craft menu, skills do affect the quality.
