How to make an infinite circle with milestones

I don't know if it's easy or not actually, but it seems that milestones are a pain to destroy so I'd like to be told how to do before building

Trying to make an in-game loop to burn stamina? Good for you.
I imagine you'll want to create a octagon like shape that's evenly spaced and have the character going through the inside. That said, it's painfully easy to clip onto those damn things and snag yourself so good luck.

Problem is when i link any stone to one already in the path, the path is "sealed" and the char goes back to the initial milestone

Actually i have made a circle.

I tried to connect : M->1->2->3->...->7->8->1
After doing 8->1, i can't connect anymore for the path. And i have the option to follow the path on any stone.
When the char reach the 1, he goes back to M.

I tried : M->1->2->3->...->7->8->2 but it doesn't work neither.

Btw, i just noticed that when drinking while running through this, it cut the path and the toon quit moving at the next stone.

So, milestones stamina burn sucks.

This is why we cant have nice things.

Seriously what is so hard about hand plow-drink-hand plow-drink. that way you can actually be useful in life, plow the way for a road with your hands, your having your grind and are actually doing something good for your village

I prefer to burn my stamina on things that are productive so I prefer not to endless loop or bot to drain stamina.
