So what's up with this?

Apparently village got raided, because everyones hearth fires are gone and the only options to log in are "Somewhere in the wilderness" and "Where you logged out", but why can't it log in "Where you logged out"? Mistmonk logged out nowhere near the Hearth Fire, so it's very unlikely that whoever raided managed to put something down on the spot it logged out, and this is happening for multiple characters of the village so... why not?

Some things about when you can't log in where you last logged out:

1: You can't log in on someone else's personal claim if you don't have permission to be on that claim. You can log in to your hearth fire if it's on that same claim, though you'll need to turn on criminal acts to move.

2: Objects are sitting on the spot you logged out. Beds don't count for this as you can walk through a bed you last slept in (as long as someone else hasn't slept in it since). Side note: This was a problem in the past when servers crashed (or client crashed) and the player was carrying a boat or chest (or other object). It dropped at the players feet stopping them from logging back in there. Now the object drops a couple of tiles away, meaning boats and such get stuck in walls of houses.

The question then is: did you have any sort of claims there? Maybe the raiders were able to come in and claim the spot.

Had a claim pretty close to the hearth fires, it was protecting a farm since crops are a pain to get early

i would forget the farm and start leathering and getting animals so u can use their bones to build a palisade. findings seeds isnt hard, there'll be plenty of abandoned farms around and at the end of the day a little exploration u can find www's and start a farm. u need a palsiade first to protect ur stuff
