I can register, but not play.

I tried to download this game a few months ago, and an error message kept popping up saying that it was unable to launch the game. With no help from the forums, I deleted my account. Well, I figured by now the kinks would be worked out, but still; I'm having the same message pop up. This game seems really interesting and I'd love to give it a go, but cannot figure out how to get it to launch.

This is the first error that pops up when I click "Play".

Then when I hit "Details", there are a bunch of tabs to click on. I took pics of them too.

From what I'm seeing, it could possibly be the configuration of Java on your end.

Head to The Wizards' Tower and download Ender's client and see if you can get that to run. It's found in this thread. If you have problems getting it to run, try working through this flowchart (which might help you with the regular client, too).

If I knew what that is and how to do it, it'd be great. All I know is I have a problem and don't know how to fix it.

Ok, I downloaded those files and was able to get to the HnH log in screen, but after I put my info in and click 'Connect', the screen flashes and goes back to the log in screen; and at the bottom in red letters it says 'Connection refused: Connect".
