how long do mod warnings last? and how do they work?

I use them as a reference for whether and for how long to ban someone for their actions.

you do seem to have a pretty short fuse.

whats the point of banning somone/ its not like they cant make another account?
I mean just use a proxy and you can bypass ip blockers
