If i'll have theft, tresspassing and vandalism, am i gonna to be able to destroy other players' claim?

Can't destroy claims, only declaim them with a village and using 'Revoke the privilege!' on it (auth must touch claim and LS has to stand on it to revoke)

tresspassing allows you to interact with stuff on claimed land
theft allows you to take stuff from claimed land
vandalism allows you to build or destroy stuff on claimed land

but there are several items in game that can't be destroyed...stakes, statues, banners, cellar stones, and probably other stuff I haven't found yet.

Actullay cellar stones can kind of destroy by chipping about 100 stones away from it, but needs it vandalism? And also in w4 boar destroyed my just made banner...

These can be destroyed, but only by those with the privilege: the Lawspeaker and (I think) Chieftain of the controlling village. Oh, additionally, anyone can destroy them if the totem they are attached to is destroyed.
