You're in the Hearthlands. There is only one world at a time. The number system is there just to indicate to players what iteration of the world it is. The only time worlds are recreated are when major data corruption occurs (w3 and w5 ended this way) or when there are major changes to gameplay and mechanics that can't be shoehorned in (w1, w2, w4).
