Cellar

I have i pickaxe, I have the metal, I have Locks and bolts and i have a house. So why cant I find the button to build a Cellar? I know I am likely missing something right in front of my nose but i cant find the answer on the wiki or after a quick search here. Can anyone help?

No i didn't I got it from a very helpful Russian. How would i discover the bar myself?

use a vending stand, shift click bar onto stand, then shift click bar from stand into inventory

Thanks guys. I was allowed to take some metal out of the smelter so I have now got the cellar option - now the fun of moving all the boulders

Barter stands. Vending stands require coins (ack!).

everyone keeps saying vending stands require coins, but barter stands require an actual trade while vending stands give discovery if you put the item in and take it out. no actual deal needed, shift click item in inventory it goes into stand, shift click item on stand it goes into inventory and poof discovery.
